At Pixel Haven, we strive to provide an exceptional gaming experience for all of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a straightforward refund policy: Gaming Station Reservations: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund. Event Tickets: For tickets purchased for tournaments or special events, refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Pixel Haven. If you cannot attend an event, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. Memberships: Pixel Haven offers a 30-day refund window for new memberships. If you decide that our services are not the right fit for you, we will gladly refund your membership fee within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day period, membership fees are non-refundable. Game Rentals: If a game is found to be defective or malfunctioning, we will offer a full refund or exchange for another game. Refunds will not be issued for games rented but not used. Please note that refund requests must be made through our official contact channels (email, phone, or in-person).
